Large split level pub with a separate bar and lounge, situated on a busy cross road served by many bus routes. Regular live music, pool league, darts team and poker night making it a very popular destination, especially at the weekend when there are regular BBQs. A few minutes walk from Prenton Park, home of Tranmere Rovers FC.

Historic Interest

Halfway House pub on this site dating back to at least 1878. The old photo shows the pub in the 1880s. At one time a Chester Lion Brewery pub transferred to Bents in 1902. Described in 1980 as a busy modernised pub serving Bass Cask Bitter and 4X Mild.
