Situated very close to Tranmere Rovers football ground at Prenton Park. Reopened in October 2014 with three new handpumps. Bright spacious open plan pub with large food offering.

Historic Interest

Opened 25h August 1983 as the Mersey Clipper. Briefly changed its name to the Birch Tree before reverting to the Mersey Clipper.
