This Pub is Permanently Closed

Converted to more of a Sardinian restaurant in early 2016, this had been a modern, open-plan pub like others in the area most of which had also given way to exotic dining. Opened as Puzzle in former Co-op store in 1998, renamed Taybridge 2007-2009 and then Elephant on the Hill. Draught beer was still available, though not in cask, and non-diners were welcome.

But what goes round comes round. A notice indicates that the place will now revert to a Co-op.
