Refurbished to a high standard and reopened in September 2024 as the Yorkshireman. Four hand pumps adorn the wooden bar with one regular and three changing beers. Some cask beers served from the wood. The upstairs area boasts exposed beams and offers a pleasant seating area for local groups to meet. The main bar area is comprised of one room with wooden tables, bench seating and standard chairs plus a standing table. All products on offer are sourced locally. The keg products are from Cold Bath Brewing in Harrogate and includes an alcohol free lager. Appletreewick cider is normally available. Dog-friendly with treats on the bar. The building is air-conditioned. Note, the toilet facilities are upstairs.

Closed for a 3 week break at beginning of January 2026, reopening 4pm Friday 23rd January with winter opening hours. Spring hours commence Monday 16th April. See pub website for details.
