Reopened on 3/1/26 after a short closure following change of ownership. A small street corner pub opposite the church. It is comfortably furnished and is both dog and family friendly. Pictures of famous Wemmers adorn one of the walls. Fields teams in the local darts and dominoes leagues. Music is played and although there is a TV, it is only used to shoe very major sporting events. An open mic night is stages every two months, and other events may feature in the future.
The two handpumps are both serving Greene King Morland Old Speckled Hen and Old Session Hen. Which ever is the most popular will be kept as a regular and the other changed for a guest beer.
This Pub serves no changing beers and 2 regular beers.
