Well-appointed, open plan style pub on a large site with plenty of car parking. It is popular with diners and food is available at all times which includes a carvery.

Sold to the Marston's pub group in 2017, extensively refurbished and opened as a Marston's Milestone Carvery in July 2018. The Thwaites beer is Wainwright.
