Self-styled country pub in the town, with a wide choice of beer and cider, now under new ownership. Comfortably furnished lounge with bar area and conservatory leading off the main room. Very popular at mealtimes and for the Sunday carvery, booking recommended. Beer garden at the front with bench seating overlooks the High Street. Quiz nights on Thursdays, with live music most Saturdays.
