Recently refurbished in October 2009, this inviting country pub/restaurant with it`s relaxed atmosphere, offers good homecooked food and ale to locals and the walker/ramblers who use the beauitful nearby Hanbury woods. The enthusiastic owners have created a balance between the very best of fresh produce, cooked to order, and quality beers. Log fires and a beer garden all add to the traditional look and feel of this smart pub. The house beer, brewed for the pub by a local brewery is augmented by four ever changing guest beers.
