CURRENTLY CLOSED. The Queen Victoria is a large, brick and pebble dashed Charles Wells pub around 120 years old. The bar is in the centre of the pub with seating and tables most of the way round. It is situated in the middle of the village which is surrounded by the Grand Union canal. (5min walk away). The floor is carpeted, with the walls decorated with butterflies mounted in picture frames, various framed prints and paintings. There are also toby jugs, horse brass and plates. The pub was completely refurbished by McManus 12 years ago. The food is traditional pub food but they also specialise in Thai food. Sunday Lunch is also served. Both the regular and guest beer are priced at £2.70 a pint.
