Reopened in April 2022 as Ludo's - see their website for the events being held. from the management - "The opening hours listed can change seasonally slightly but generally what you see is accurate. Currently (May 2025) we're pouring Jiddler's Tipple, Gravity Well, Anspach & Hobday, Neckstamper, Hackney Church and Saxby's Cider.

We've stopped doing sweet treats and Cornish pasties but serve classic bar snacks like pickled eggs, pork scratchings, crisps and nuts.

We still host lots of events like stand-up comedy, live music and open air film screenings in the summer as well as our own pub quiz and poetry nights etc."

" The name Ludo itself is in honour of the great beast from classic 80’s film, Labyrinth, starring our hero and shining star, David Bowie. With Charley’s background in comedy, James’ roots in film, and their shared love of music, magic and a good old-fashioned pint, the Ludo’s dream was born."

Formerly Brewery tap for Earth Ales. A bar on a double decker bus!. Earth Ale moved to Oxfordshire and their operation on the bus ended mid November 2021.
