This Pub is Permanently Closed

Converted 12/11/2019 to storage premises. Closed 2/1/2017 for initial use as residence. Planning Application 102667/FO/2013/N2 | Change of use of the former public house ground floor from Class A4 (Public House) to a Class B8 (storage facility). Granted 15/8/2013.

History: Re-opened 15/4/2013 following a sixteen month period where it appeared to have been moth-balled. It was a long-time, two-room keg-only establishment, prior to which in the 1980s as the Lord Wolsey it sold cask Chesters Mild, Bitter, and Whitbread Trophy.
