Having been closed for over a year, the pub reopened in October 2019. The building dates from the early 18th century. There is a spacious, L-shaped bar and dining area, and a separate games room with pool and darts. Live bands, jam nights, DJ nights and quiz nights are planned. No food initially but it will be coming.
