A longstanding pub and hotel, now since converted into a ubiquitous fast food restaurant.

Historic Interest

Prominent public house on the junction of Bath Road and the Great Southwest Road. Half timbers and brick with original leaded glass windows. Reasonably sympathetically converted to a McDonalds with minimal signage, while retaining the pub sign. The building still retains its character as a public house.
