This pub (previously known as the Plough) refurbished in Jan 2011 is mainly an Indian restaurant and bar that includes a Pool table. With the wood flooring, black stone bar, the bar area can only be described as stark which also goes for the large dark dining area located at the back - nothing like what you would expect from an Indian restaurant. The atmosphere can only be described sterile. The name (now shortened to AQ) is derived from the previous owners roots originating from Kenya. Large screen showing sports events, Sky Sports. Large car park to the side. Was closed for refurbishment early 2025.
