A spacious yet cosy popular village pub with wooden floors split over several levels. Outside is a covered patio area leading to a picturesque sloped wooded garden. The pub offers freshly prepared, homemade locally sourced food from an extensive varied menu plus a specials board and Sunday roasts. A beer and music festival is held in July. Four letting rooms provide a good base for exploration, including a visit to the nearby Portuguese Fireplace.
