This lovely country pub has a red K6 telephone box outside. Cyclists, walkers and horse riders frequent this pub and, being in the New Forest perambulation, ponies roam the area. Booking is recommended if you'd like to eat the locally-sourced food, from the menu which specialises in game and seafood. The real ales are all dispensed from taps in wooden cask-ends, propelled by a gas-powered pump where the gas doesn't come into contact with the beer. The delightful garden is a pleasure in summer weather.
This Pub serves 1 changing beer (Fuller's seasonal, though sometimes a guest beer.) and 3 regular beers.
