This Pub is Closed Long Term
Roomy village pub just outside the entrance to the tourist destination of Newby Hall. Two tastefully decorated bars, one a standard but comfortable Public with a darts board and a pool table, the other more a formal dining room. Vinyl records can be played on request. Formerly a Jennings tied house, it serves a single Jennings Cumberland Ale, though this may change following sale of the pub by Marston's to Admiral Taverns (November 2019).
