Closed December 2012. Former Grand Met Watneys. In the 1991 East London & City Beer Guide it was described as "This pricey pub converts the restaurant into a function room in the evenings; a food counter is available at the bar. Outside drinking area. Open Monday to Friday 11-3 and 5-11." At the time it sold WEBSTERS YORKSHIRE BITTER, RUDDLES COUNTY. At one time it was Aunties (Dec 1988). Or at least one side of it was.
