This Pub is Closed Long Term

Modern pub, opened in 1992 by Youngers, later S&N, now leased from Star. It was the Blue Anchor until taken over in 2014 by the Grand Union chain. Tiny ground floor bar, plus basement dining room. Mainly a cocktail bar with keg beers.Relaunched as Pineapple Club in December 2023- this appears to have closed by March 2024.

April 2025 - Boarded up.
