OCT 2022 - Now closed as operators semi-retiring.

Following its change from the White Swan to the Tipsy Ghillie, this popular locals' bar has had a make-over, but retains its bare wooden floorboards, real fire and rustic appeal. It now attracts a mixed market including families. There may just be one real ale on at quiet times. Access to the pub is by way of a narrow frontage where, on the right, is the pub’s cafe/bistro of the same name. One can eat here or in the pub. The cafe is open from 9-5 and the bistro until 11.00pm.
