In the same family over 150 years, this large pub close to the Bude canal boasts a spacious grassed beer garden. The 'action' tends to be in the public bar, which hosts two TV screens and a pool table; another room to the left is generally a restaurant area. The pub is the 'home' of the local lifeboat crew, and displays many shipwreck memorabilia. The guest ale appears in summer. Food is served 1200-1400 and 1800-2100, and all day in summer. Families are welcome; accommodation is in 9 rooms. The 'regular' beers may be varied at times; the changing beer is regularly varied but is usually from a Cornish or Devon brewery, and is generally only available in the summer season.
This Pub serves 1 changing beer and 3 regular beers.
