A large multi-roomed country-themed pub laying emphasis on value-for-money good food, with diners in main bar room or the non-smoking conservatory. Exposed beams in "barn" roof. Daily papers. Stuffed fox and farm implements (on wall). Locals sometimes watch Sky sport in side room. A Jennings tied house, unique for the county, serving excellent Cumbrian ales.
