Now owned by Stonegate. Cleveland CAMRA Pub of the Year 2011, Pub of the Season Spring 2010.

Opposite the harbour and marina, this popular multi-roomed pub offers a warm welcome.

Please note that out side of the main season the number of real ales are somewhat reduced. A range of mixed ciders are also served.

Situated close to the bus station and the NYMR/Esk Valley Railway station, this pub has become the discerning travellers' waiting room.

Live music features three evenings a week. Quiz night is on Thursday.

There are four letting bedrooms.
