Traditional, and uniquely named alehouse halfway up Flowergate. Dispensed from a bar, displaying bank notes and number plates, three more well known permanent cask beers are available on handpump. This warm and friendly pub also displays much marine memorabilia on the walls. During August Folk Week, there is music every evening provided by a dozen or so regular supporters.

Historic Interest

Probably the only pub of this name in the country.
