The Railway reopened January 2026 following a significant and tasteful refurbishment. Situated close to Nantwich railway station (train details are shown on an electronic screen in the bar), three cask ales are available alongside a wide variety of keg and bottled drinks. The large, open, plan interior is set out for diners and drinkers and there is an extensive food menu. Outdoor seating at the front and rear is also available. Breakfasts are served from 09:00 at weekend and, alongside the extensive full menu, bar snacks are sold. The separate menu for children comes in the form of an activity sheet. In addition, there are promotions such as Burger Monday, Fish Tuesday, and Steak Wednesday. A quiz night is held on the third Thursday of the month and there is live music every Saturday night.
