Non residents welcome.
Black and white, Grade I listed, Elizabethan hotel in the town centre. Rebuilt in 1585 following the great fire of Nantwich using timbers from Delamere forest. The bar area is roomy and comfortable with some exposed woodwork. Beyond the bar is a restaurant and food is also served in the bar area. The impressive Long Gallery upstairs is one of three function rooms available. There is a small patio area available for use in Crown Mews, adjacent to the pub. The beer range varies but there is always one beer from Salopian available alongside other cask ales.
