Micropub.

A former butcher's shop dating from Victorian times, The Four Priests was taken over by Four Priests Brewery from nearby Middlewich in July 2025. It was originally converted to an off-licence, and then a micropub, the Beer Emporium, in 2009. This friendly, welcoming micropub and bottle shop has seating around the bar, by the window and in a small room at the rear. Six hand pumps serve cask ales and ten taps serve a variety of quality keg beers. The real ale selection typically includes two beers from the Four Priests brewery, three local and regional ales on rotation, and Ossett White Rat. The beers available, their ABV and price, etc. are displayed on a screen behind the bar and on the brewery website. There is a good selection of bottled and canned beers from the UK and further afield available for consumption on or off the premises. Although no food is sold, drinkers are welcome to bring in their own. A Cask Club on Mondays and Tuesdays gives drinkers 10% discount on real ales. Cash or card payment is accepted.
