Busy rambling, modern (2006) open-plan pub with several areas largely given over to food but a more "pubby" section at one end which includes a pool table. There is also a children's play area. Smart and welcoming despite being very much what you'd expect from a newly-built pub. Both the food and beer represent good value. The menu has clearly been drawn up with families in mind and includes offers at various times during the week. Guest Beer frequently Wainwright.
