Historic Interest

Delicensed on 10/02/11 landlady was Emma Hunter owner was Punch Taverns. In 1982 it was a Greenall Whitley Tank Pub, thgough in 1979 it had been in listed in the Good Beer Guide, but then fell foul of the brewery cask beer turnover limit which meant tanks were installed.
