This Pub is Permanently Closed

Formerly a popular two-bar community pub next to a suburban shopping parade. which sadly closed in April 2016. Despite a campaign by local CAMRA members and customers to save it, the local council declined an application for ACV status. The premises were sold to the Co-operative and plans to convert them into a Co-op store were finally approved in May 2017. RIP.
