Smart pub in small village with local's bar to the left on entry and a cosy restaurant area to the right with stone walls and a woodburning stove.The X7 Bus from Aylesbury to Oxford stops outside the pub. The bus stop is called The Fox. Good food served during the day, see website for details.

The pub is situated close to a notoriously snap-happy speed camera on the A418 so why not slow down and make a pub visit instead? The pub also makes a more characterful alternative to the nearby M40 Oxford services.
