Former nightclub, and still acts as one at weekend evenings – a Lloyds bar in all but name. Large, modern interior, with panelling, big mirrors and subdued colours. The beer range is not as extensive as other Wetherspoon's, but are of excellent condition with a interesting range of guest beers. Origin of name and lots of local history around the walls.
