Located at the lower end of St Whites Road, opposite the junction for Ruspidge, the White Hart has been providing refreshment for passers by for generations. It was once owned by the Stroud Brewery Company and a wonderful legacy of its previous owners is a magnificent 'Saloon Bar Stroud Brewery' etched window - an amazing survivor. The interior has undergone a tasteful refurbishment in recent years. Good food is available. The White Hart is family friendly and, according to a sign on the wall, also welcomes dogs, giraffes and rhinos.
