Historic Interest
Westcotes Lodge was one of two large residencies built opposite each other for Leicester textile magnates, the Harris family. The Harris family sold Westcotes Lodge in 1915 but it remained in private hands until 1950 when founder members bought the building for £3000 with a loan from The Leicester Brewing and Malting Company, and so the West Leicester Conservative Club was born.
This Club serves 1 changing beer and 0 regular beers.
