Locals' pub, extensively refurbished in 2019, situated away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy town centre. Three regular real ales are usually available. Good food is available. Occasional live music and quiz nights regularly feature (ring for details). Families and dogs are welcome, and there is a large garden with covered area out back, plus car park. Darts are played, and TV is available for sports events.
