Convivial 370 year old village inn, with a comfortable relaxed atmosphere, which reopened in June 2024 under new management . It's a roadside inn with wooden beamed ceilings (quite low so watch out) and a warren of little drinking areas. The open-fire is liable to be lit throughout the year. There is a 'drinkers only' lounge with four gravity dipensed ales served from barrels behind the bar.
