Modern style bar in a 19th century Grade II Listed building, converted from a shop in 2024. From the narrow part of the busy High Street, step into spacious areas with much wood and painted brick in evidence. The bar is towards the rear, and next to that are steps up to more seating, which lead to a small patio area with stools & wooden barrels for tables, some of it covered.
The bar, serving Vibrant Forest beers, has 2 handpumps, 14 keg beer/cider lines, plus wines, spirits and canned cocktails, as well as hot beverages. A couple of large fridges have a good range of canned and bottled beers for takeaway. Several beer festivals are held throughout the year.
Nova Forest Kitchen provide a range of street food, including burgers, chicken and vegetarian/vegan, which can be ordered from a hatch at the rear of the pub.
