Traditional pub in the town centre with a bunkhouse aimed at cyclists and walkers (www.tavistockbunkhouse.co.uk for more details), with a drying room, bike wash down and secure cycle storage. Two South West ales are usually available. Food is served all day, with breakfast available from 0900-1600 on Saturday and Sunday, and good value Sunday roasts. Live musical entertainment takes place on Fridays and/or Saturday evenings, and Sunday lunchtimes, with open mic night on Wednesdays.
