Planning app 2014/00738/FUL refers: Change of use of first and second floor levels from public house (Class A4) and staff accommodation to residential (Class A3) comprising 3 x 2 bedroom flats, including the erection of an additional floor at roof level and an infill extension at first and second floor levels to facilitate the proposed residential use. Application approved by Council.
As at Sep 2017 there is a building control application (but not a change of use application of the basement and ground floor from A4) that is pending dated Fri 09 Dec 2016. There are no associated documents. It does not reference the Underbrook - just the address 58 Milson Road London W14 0LB.
"Structural alterations & fit out to ground & basement to form office and internal alterations to existing flats on the upper levels." 2016/01799/IND
Jonathan Tuckey Design were the applicants for the most recent consented application. The application form for that refers to ground floor A3 and A4 use, but it is clear that the settled use is A4. The premises were then described as stripped out and currently (November 2016) unoccupied.
