This Pub is Closed Long Term
Traditional pub that stands adjacent to a confluence of several roads around a mini roundabout. It takes its name from the railway junction that decades ago took the line from the south through Blackwood and up to Tredegar. There are two basically furnished rooms, a lounge and public bar,the latter giving views over the lower reaches of Pontllanfraith. A single handpull dispenses a guest ale which at the time of writing had been from Tomos Watkin.
