Re-opened in December 2021 after a lengthy closure. The hours were updated February 2025. Landlord is intending to open on a Tuesday after Easter 2025. It is recommended to check opening times prior to a visit.

A superb free house serving up to six ales and maybe a cider. Large room at the front with two small open fires, games area and stage. Live music includes bandsm vocalists and specified Open Mic night. Check out their FB page for up to date details. A small snug at rear of the bar leads to a covered seating are with large screen TV.
