Isolated pub on the moors above the Washburn Valley close to the A59. Stone exterior and exposed stone and dark wood interior. Large U-shaped bar with plenty of seating and tables. One changing pale beer is served alternating between Black Sheep Brian and Saltaire Blonde. Opening hours are quite limited and it may close earlier than stated; the pub is closed Sundays through the winter months.
