The Steading Highland Glen Lodge is now operating as a B&B with four rooms and Restaurant having been what was a "community pub" for many years.
It has been voted "Best B&B and Inn" by Kayak subscribers for 2019.
Set in beautiful Glen Urquhart just 6 miles West of Drumnadochit and Loch Ness.
Home cooked food using local produce available between 5 and 8.30 in the evening.
Gary, the owner, advises he still welcomes restaurant customers, both resident and non resident, but strongly advises that they book to confirm.
Although there is no real ale, nor "kegged" craft beer there is an extensive range of bottled Cairngorm beers which is available.
