This Pub is Permanently Closed

This is essentially an upmarket pizza restaurant on two floors but also serves an impressive range of at least 60 ciders on draught, straight from the box or in bottle. Try 5 thirds of draft ciders in a rack for £8.50 (as of February 2019).

2 ales are generally also available plus wines and lagers, and pies if you don't fancy the pizzas.

The Stable is a small but expanding chain of similar restaurants, this one, the thirteenth, opened in December 2015 in a former night club venue and is smartly laid out with contemporary styled wooden furnishings. The kitchen can be viewed from the bar.
