This Pub is Permanently Closed

A former Matthew Brown house - described in the 1975 GBG as tiny and interesting. It closed in 1976 and was demolished in 1978.

The photo shows the South Meadow Tavern on the left with the also long closed Cricketers (another Matthew Brown pub) a few doors down on the same side.
