This Pub is Closed Long Term

When Blackburn's premier rock pub, the Sir Charles Napier closed its doors in June 2015, a group of regulars stepped in to save it. From 17th September 2016, the Napier returns as a the UK's first community-run rock pub and venue offering regular live music and club nights, games and quizzes, and the best jukebox in town
