The Winning Post was built in the 1980's and is situated close to the Wolverhampton Racecourse. After period of closure and a full refurbishment, the pubs has reopened as The Silver Spur.

Customers are served at a long bar in one large room on three levels. One level is effectively a games area with two pool tables and two darts boards.
