Ship Inn (Lathom), Lathom (Blood Tub)

A traditional country pub set in an idyllic canal side location. The cosy central bar features a real fire and separates the two dining areas which serve pub classics through to interesting and changing specials. There is a dog-friendly 'boot room' complete with log burner. The pub is very popular all year but especially in summer in the large beer garden. A highlight is the September Beer, Pie and Sausage festival with over 40 handpulled ales.
