Accessed by narrow lanes, everyone’s idea of what a rural pub should be - thatched roof, steeped in history and an idyllic garden ideal for balmy summer days. Dogs are allowed in the pub accommodation by appointment. The food has an excellent reputation - basket meals Wednesdays (Quiz night) and roasts on Sundays. Times quoted are for Autumn-Spring; opens evenings in Summer
