Established in 2014 by Vic Irvine and Jodie Moore. Beers are made as naturally as possible using chalk-filtered water from its own spring. Many seasonal beers are produced, some with non-conventional ingredients. All beers are brewed with organic Maris Otter barley grown in the Cerne Valley. On the second Saturday in September each year, a community brew is produced using hops grown at the brewery and by people living in the village and surrounding areas.
